2. Subject and Scope of Service

The subject of this Pre-Information Form is the pre-information regarding accommodation, tour, vehicle/motor rental, transfer, and other travel services provided by Rent A Fun Adventures Travel Agency.

The services offered may include short-term accommodation services such as villa, daily rental apartment, holiday home, as well as ATV tours, boat tours, city tours, motor rental, transfers, and similar tourism and travel services.

The type, name, dates, number of people, total amount, advance payment amount, and payment method for the service subject to reservation will also be specified in the reservation screen and/or at the reservation confirmation stage.

3. Basic Characteristics of the Service

The basic characteristics of the purchased or reserved service; the type, name, scope, date, duration, capacity, usage conditions, any special conditions, and descriptions found on the website are as specified.

4. Total Price and Payment Method

The total service price will be displayed to the user during the reservation or purchase stage.

In accommodation services, in order for the reservation to be confirmed, 35% of the total price will be collected as an advance payment.

The remaining accommodation price must be completed no later than 14 days before the check-in date via the secure payment link sent by us by credit card or bank transfer/EFT.

For tours, motor rentals, transfers, and other services, the payment method will be specified during the reservation stage according to the type of service.

If the remaining payment is not completed within the specified time, the reservation will be cancelled, and the advance payment made will not be refunded.

5. Cancellation, Refund, and Change Conditions

For Accommodation Services

• For cancellations made 21 days or more before the check-in date, the advance payment will be refunded.
• For cancellations made 14 to 20 days before the check-in date, the advance payment will not be refunded.
• For cancellations made 13 days or less before the check-in date, the total reservation fee will not be refunded.
• No refund will be made if the guest does not check into the facility.

For Other Services

The cancellation, refund, and change conditions for ATV tours, boat tours, city tours, motor rentals, transfers, and similar other services will be evaluated based on the nature of the service and special conditions specified during the reservation.

General Provisions

• Requests for date changes will only be evaluated based on availability.
• Cancellation and change requests must be submitted in writing to be considered valid.

6. Information Regarding Right of Withdrawal

According to the relevant legislation on distance contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for services that need to be performed on a specific date or period such as accommodation, vehicle rental, leisure activities, and similar tourism services. Therefore, cancellation and refund processes are subject to special conditions determined by the type of service.

7. Force Majeure

Requests will be evaluated additionally in the event of documented force majeure such as health issues, natural disasters, official restrictions, or similar circumstances.

8. Complaint and Application Channels

The buyer/consumer can submit any questions, requests, and complaints to the seller/provider through the communication channels mentioned above.

In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts, authorized within the monetary limits established by the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey, will be competent.

9. Approval

The buyer/consumer accepts that they have read and understood all the information contained in this Pre-Information Form and acknowledges being informed about the basic characteristics of the service, payment terms, cancellation/refund conditions, and exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
