Distance Sales Contract
This Distance Sales Agreement is established electronically between Rent A Fun Adventures Travel Agency and the customer who purchases services through the website. The customer declares that they have read and accepted the type, date, fee, cancellation and refund conditions, and other preliminary information regarding the service purchased through the website. The purchased services may consist of villa and holiday home accommodations, ATV tours, boat tours, city tours, motor rentals, and similar tourism services.
The service fee is collected using the methods specified on the payment page. Once the payment is confirmed, the reservation process is initiated, and the reservation/confirmation details are sent to the customer electronically. Cancellation, refund, and change requests will be evaluated depending on the nature of the purchased service, the service date, and the related service provider's conditions. The customer declares that they accept the conditions presented to them before the reservation.
The parties are subject to the applicable consumer legislation and other relevant regulatory provisions. In case of disputes, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply.
