Although a Class B driver's license is generally not required for ATV use, it is important to note that participants under 18 years old are accepted only as passengers, not drivers, and parental consent is required: During our tour, even though a Class B license is not mandatory on many trails, participants under 18 are not allowed to operate ATVs due to safety and legal requirements, and they can only ride as passengers behind an adult driver. Written/approved consent from a parent or legal guardian is required for underage participants; this helps clarify safety and responsibility issues.
A short briefing on safety and vehicle operation will be conducted before the tour begins; wearing a helmet and always following the safety instructions given by the guide is mandatory: Before starting the tour, our expert guides provide a brief yet comprehensive briefing on the basic operation of the ATV, correct riding position, braking and cornering techniques, and potential risks. It is mandatory and indispensable to follow the instructions given during this briefing and to wear the helmet correctly throughout the tour for your own safety and the safety of other participants.
Since the route generally includes dusty, muddy, and uneven trails, it is recommended that you come dressed in comfortable, easily soiled clothes, closed shoes, and preferably sunglasses: ATV safari trails pass through natural environments, often over puddles, muddy grounds, and dusty roads, making it quite likely that you will get dirty or wet. Therefore, wearing comfortable clothes that allow freedom of movement, closed sports shoes that wrap around the ankle, and sunglasses to protect your eyes from dust and sunlight will enhance your comfort and safety.
It is strictly prohibited to consume alcohol or drugs before participating in the tour; in such cases, the tour operator reserves the right not to allow the participant to join the tour: Operating an ATV requires high attention, proper reflexes, and responsibility, and getting on the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs seriously endangers your safety and the safety of other participants. The tour team has the authority to exclude or remove a participant from the tour if deemed necessary to maintain safety standards, and this rule allows for no exceptions.
Depending on weather conditions and trail conditions, changes to the tour program may be made; in extreme weather conditions, it is possible to cancel or postpone the tour to another date: ATV tours conducted in open-air and terrain conditions can become dangerous due to heavy rain, storms, flood risks, or excessive mud; therefore, the program may be revised for safety reasons. In such cases, the tour operator may decide to completely cancel the tour or postpone it to a safe date; participants will be notified of these changes as soon as possible, and necessary information and guidance will be provided to prevent any inconvenience.
