Cancellation, Refund and Change Conditions The reservation is finalized with the collection of a 35% advance payment of the total accommodation fee and its confirmation by us. The remaining accommodation fee must be completed via credit card or bank transfer/EFT through the secure payment link sent by us at least 14 days before the check-in date. If the balance payment is not completed within the specified time, the reservation is canceled, and the advance payment made is not refunded. In case of cancellations made in writing 21 days or more before the check-in date, the advance payment is refunded. Cancellations made 14 to 20 days before the check-in date do not refund the advance payment. In cancellations made 13 days or less before the check-in date, the total reservation fee is not refunded. If the guest fails to check in, no refunds will be made. Date change requests are evaluated solely based on availability. Date changes cannot be made without the approval of the business. Cancellation and change requests must be communicated in writing to be considered valid. Verbal notifications are not accepted. Requests due to health issues, natural disasters, official restrictions, or similar force majeure circumstances will be evaluated separately upon documentation. Refund processes are carried out within a reasonable time frame depending on the payment method. The business is not responsible for delays caused by banks and payment institutions. Important Notice These conditions have been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and relevant legislation. Guests completing the reservation process are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the conditions stated above.
